HAKA!!!

The Maori people celebration was awesome!! so worth the extra few dollars!! the bus driver was halarious!! he made everyone from each country on the bus sing a song from their country.  We sang the hockey night in canada theme song, at which point they made us sing another song so we sang there was a great big moose!  The americans booed us at first but the moose song totally showed them up!  We know it was a hit because when we returned to the hostel we heard people singing it!! we are now super stars!!   Our hostel also had a fantastic heated pool, pretty much i giant hot tub which is nice since apparently it's cold here in new zealand.  who knew!

The HAKA was the best part of the night.  very intimidating and fun to watch.  The people at the show did a great job, it made us want to go to an all blacks game!! unfortunately that doesnt seem to be in the schedule for us.  oh well there is always youtube hahaha.

 Two nights of good sleep behind us were ready for the glow worm caves!!!  yay!!!!  Jill and I have decided to skip zorbing as were thinking it might induce vomittting.   I have discovered dried starwberries and they are my favorite!!  we are going to the paknsave (grocery store) to buy more!! yum yum!!!  I will be trying to get them back to canada!!!  but they have strict rules on food and invasive species here in NZ and OZ.
